Trigger Analog Film Lab is a small, passionate analog film lab based in Cypress, Texas.
We believe film photography is more than just taking pictures — it’s about capturing moments, preserving memories, and experiencing the unique soul that only real film can deliver. That’s why we treat every single roll with care, as if it were our own.
- Our Story: TAFL was born from a genuine love for analog photography. We wanted to build a local workspace dedicated to consistent colors, careful handling, and a personal touch.
- The Workflow: We process color film using a Jobo CPP-2 rotary system with genuine Kodak Flexicolor chemistry, handle black-and-white film using traditional Kodak D-76 development, and scan on a Pakon F135+ to deliver beautiful, high-resolution files with natural film character.
- What Sets Us Apart:
- Handcrafted with care — Small batch processing for better consistency.
- Locally Owned — An independent film lab based right here in Cypress.
- Transparent workflow — Jobo rotary + Pakon scanning.
- Photographer-focused — Private gallery, high-res files, and safe negative return.
- Community-oriented — Supporting film shooters in Cypress, Katy, Houston, and beyond.
Whether you’re a beginner just starting with film, a student on a budget, or an experienced shooter chasing that perfect look — your film is in good hands.
